All our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. If you do not have our Service and Lifetime Warranty
We generally have very few complaints. Each complaint is handled individually, so the best option is to contact us directly by phone: +420 734 818 599 or by email at info@vltavin-moldavite.cz.
In the event of a complaint being accepted, we cover all costs, including postage, and resolve the complaint within a maximum of 30 days. This means repairing your jewelry or refunding your money.
Complaint Procedure
- Contact us by phone or email
- Fill out the form (you can send it by email)
- Pack the goods in the original packaging, including the certificate and invoice (you can send the invoice along with the form via email)
- Send the goods to our address (please insure the package; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages)
Please keep in mind that not all items are eligible for a complaint
Common Exclusions from Complaints:
- Mechanical deformation caused by improper wear, negligence, or cleaning
- Normal wear and tear (everything has its lifespan)
- Improper care (use of chemicals, intervention by another jeweler)
