    We stand by our work and believe it to be honest and of high quality. These are the two things we value the most. We have found that our jewelry is liked by our customers and you want to wear it. That’s why we offer 90 days for returns and exchanges on jewelry purchased from our e-shop.

    Return or Exchange Procedure

    - Contact us by phone or email

    - Fill out the form (you can send it by email)

    - Pack the jewelry in its original packaging with all the accessories it came with (box, certificate, etc.)

    - Send the item to our address (please insure the package; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages)

     

     

    Please note that returns or exchanges do not apply to jewelry that:

    - Was custom-made

    - Has been worn

    - Is not in its original packaging and is missing accessories

    - Has had the ring size adjusted at your request

    - Has been altered by another jeweler

    - Has had the ring size adjusted
